Lew Wolff is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Wolff Urban Management, a real estate acquisition, development and management firm and Co-Founder and Co-Chairman of Maritz, Wolff & Company, a private group owning top-tier luxury hotels and resorts where the disposition of its portfolio exceeded $2 billion. Mr. Wolff acquired co-ownership of Major League Baseball’s Oakland Athletics in 2005 as Managing Partner through 2015 and is Chairman Emeritus. In addition, Mr. Wolff acquired co-ownership of Major League Soccer’s San Jose Earthquakes in 2007. Prior professional sports activities include Mr. Wolff as a former General Partner of National Hockey League’s St. Louis Blues and National Basketball Association’s Golden State Warriors. Mr. Wolff currently serves on the Board of Directors of Bobrick Washroom Equipment; other boards served on include Director of Sunstone Hotel Investors and 1st Century Bank, Vice Chairman of Rosewood Hotels & Resorts and Co-Chairman of Fairmont Hotels & Resorts.
Mr. Wolff graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and earned an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.

John Terzian is Co-Founder and Co-President of global hospitality and lifestyle firm, The h.wood Group. Since its founding in 2008, The h.wood Group maintains a portfolio of 20 luxury nightlife and restaurant venues in operation and development spanning beyond Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Miami, Dallas and Dubai; concepts include Delilah, The Nice Guy, Bootsy Bellows, Harriet’s and The Bird Streets Club. The h.wood Group is also an event producer responsible for creating art, fashion, sports and entertainment experiences at Coachella, F1, Cannes, Art Basel and more. Subsequent to forming The h.wood Group, Mr. Terzian co-founded h.wood Media / h.wood Films, a full-scale multimedia production arm with an opportunistic fund to deploy across development, co-financing and alternative investments.
Mr. Terzian graduated from the University of Southern California and earned a JD from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law. In addition, Mr. Terzian serves as a board member for Imagine LA and the Children's Hospital Sports & Entertainment.

Ross Walker is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Hawkins Way Capital and its affiliated funds with $3 billion of assets under management. Since co-founding the company in 2012, Mr. Walker has served on the Investment Committee where he leads the firm's real estate acquisition and development, asset management and property management activities. Prior to forming Hawkins Way Capital, Mr. Walker served as a Partner at Wolff Urban Development, a real estate-based enterprise and family office, which included professional sports team ownership (Oakland Athletics and San Jose Earthquakes) and other private investment activities.
Mr. Walker graduated from Stanford University and earned an MBA from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business. Subsequently, Mr. Walker served on Stanford University’s Board of Trustees and now serves as Trustee Emeritus. Mr. Walker is also a member of the Stanford Real Estate Council and YPO.

Sherif Guirgis has been a senior private equity executive focused on the consumer sector for over 13 years. Most recently, Mr. Guirgis was a Managing Director at Main Street Advisors, an asset management firm with clients and investors across the media and entertainment space. Prior to Main Street Advisors, Mr. Guirgis was a Partner at Lion Capital, a UK-based consumer private equity fund with $6 billion of assets under management. Prior to Lion Capital, Mr. Guirgis was a member of the private equity investment team at Apollo Global Management.
Mr. Guirgis grew up in Toronto, and graduated from the Ivey Business School at Western University in Canada.
